After you make your reservation, a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount and your signature are due within 24 hours. |

After we receive this initial deposit payment, we will send you a confirmation that includes the following, including balance due and the date due.

After recent complete renovations of the beach houses, they were filled with wonderful things that our family enjoys, and that we are delighted to share with you.
Because of the value of the many items we are leaving in the house for your enjoyment, we do require you to take responsibility for them.
We require a credit card authorization and signature for payment of any pay-per-view satellite TV charges incurred during the dates of your stay, as well as payment for any damage or theft discovered by a detailed inventory check just after your departure.

60 days prior to arrival, full refund less $250 cancellation fee.
30 days prior to arrival, 50% of total costs (lodging + tax + cleaning) refunded;
remaining 50% of total costs becomes due immediately.
14 days or less prior to arrival, no refund; 100% of total costs (lodging + tax + cleaning) due immediately.
Partial cancellations during a minimum stay period will be charged the full stay minimum.

When you have paid in full, we will send you a security code to get the key out of the lockbox, another security code, plus instructions for operating the alarm system and punching in the code on the keypads located just inside each of the exterior doors.
The security system computer records the codes used each time someone enters or exits.
For your own protection, you will want to use the security system.

Under no circumstances will more than that number of cars be allowed to park under the terms of our permit from the City of Lincoln City.
If your group requires more cars, we must make special arrangements in advance for parking additional cars elsewhere.
